Justin W. Capp always wanted to run his own engineering firm. After fifteen years in practice he believed he had more to offer clients than could be realized through more conventional firms and so founded Justin W. Capp, Inc. Justin has his engineering degree from the University of Southern California and is a licensed structural engineer. He also has a Green Building and Design Certificate from UC Davis and a Certificate in Earthquake Engineering from UC Berkeley. He and his wife Monique have 4 kids and a dog named Ramses. In his spare time he builds some pretty ambitious projects around his Modesto home, most recently a wind tunnel. As a Boy Scout volunteer, he is proud to have mentored four young men to the award of Eagle Scout!
