Seismic Retrofit

We offer evaluation services for mandatory earthquake hazard reduction, such as required by Los Angeles City Ordinance 183893 for soft-story and non-ductile concrete buildings. We also provide design and evaluation services for voluntary retrofit plans where owners wish to reduce their exposure to earthquake risk, protect critical assets or minimize downtime after a seismic event. Our approach is incremental and provides value to the owner at each step, instead of just a list of problems.
