Engineer of record for new evaporator vessels and platforms for winemaking process. Responsible for (5) 40’ tall evaporators and (3) levels of platforms formaintenance access. 350,000 & 640,000-gallon wine storage tank designs were also a part of the project. Caloris was a part of the design team on this project.
