Engineer of record for new flume line for organic processing at tomato facility. Scope of work included a large steel structure to support the screen and flume, a truckloading building, and canopy to cover the production line. A 3D scan of the entire hillside and existing structure was performed on this project. Thomas C. Williams, Inc. was a team member on the design process.
